RMP/PSM/CALARP Compliance Workshop

On Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009, the Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources and Risk Management Professionals, Inc. will be hosting a complimentary Compliance Workshop at the Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources, 3800 Cornucopia Way, Modesto, CA - Harvest Hall Rooms D & E, from 8 am to 2 pm.   The intent of this event is to provide technical information and insight to facilities that must comply with Release/Spill Response and Reporting Requirements and the CalARP/RMP/PSM Program Requirements.
All workshop attendees will have the opportunity to: 

• Receive information and insight from the following agencies: 
• EPA Region 9 - Mary Wesling 
• OSHA  - Clyde Trombettas 
• CalEMA - Trevor Anderson 
• Stanislaus County CUPA - Beronia Beniamine. 
• Gain technical knowledge regarding Chemical Release/Spill Response and Reporting Requirements and CalARP/RMP/PSM Program Requirements and Common Program Deficiencies, 
• Network with professionals who are experts in their fields; and 
• Develop relationships with local agency personnel and neighboring facilities.

Risk Management Professionals will be supporting this event and sharing our technical insight, expertise and regulatory knowledge in managing these programs.
