On Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009, the Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources and Risk Management Professionals, Inc. will be hosting a complimentary Compliance Workshop at the Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources, 3800 Cornucopia Way, Modesto, CA - Harvest Hall Rooms D & E, from 8 am to 2 pm. The intent of this event is to provide technical information and insight to facilities that must comply with Release/Spill Response and Reporting Requirements and the CalARP/RMP/PSM Program Requirements.
All workshop attendees will have the opportunity to:

- EPA Region 9 - Mary Wesling
- OSHA - Clyde Trombettas
- CalEMA - Trevor Anderson
- Stanislaus County CUPA - Beronia Beniamine.
- Gain technical knowledge regarding Chemical Release/Spill Response and Reporting Requirements and CalARP/RMP/PSM Program Requirements and Common Program Deficiencies,
- Network with professionals who are experts in their fields; and
- Develop relationships with local agency personnel and neighboring facilities.
